Section 10(2)(i) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008

(i)The Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme shall be applicable to all the sanctioned seats of the engineering and pharmacy course in the Government colleges or institutions, grant-in-aid colleges or institutions and unaided colleges or institutions approved by AICTE, New Delhi;
