Section 1 in The Information Technology (Guidelines for Cyber Cafe) Rules, 2011 - Process of Registration

The Cyber cafe shall, for its registration, submit the duly filled in form as specified in Schedule-I annexed, to the Registration Agency notified by the Appropriate Government.
