Section 13(2) in The West Bengal Anti-Profiteering Act, 1958

(2)Anything done or any act ion taken under the West Bengal Anti-profiteering Ordinance, 1958 shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 22nd day or October, 1958.
