Section 2 in The Orissa Factories (Exemption) Rules, 1996

(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires :(a)"Act" means the Factories Act, 1948;(b)"Section" means a section of the Act;(2)All other words and expressions used but not defined in these rules shall have the same meaning as respectively assigned to them in the Act.
