43. Information of vacancies.
(1)The employer of every establishment in respect of which the State Government is the appropriate Government under the Act shall furnish such information and return as prescribed in these rules, in relation to vacancies appointed for persons with disability that have occurred or are about to occur in that establishment, to such Special Employment Exchange as may be specified by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette.(2)The Special Employment Exchange shall send a copy of such information of vacancies to the Commissioner of Persons with Disabilities, Rajasthan.
