Section 43(1) in Rajasthan Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 2011
(1)The employer of every establishment in respect of which the State Government is the appropriate Government under the Act shall furnish such information and return as prescribed in these rules, in relation to vacancies appointed for persons with disability that have occurred or are about to occur in that establishment, to such Special Employment Exchange as may be specified by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette.
