Section 1 in Telangana Intoxicating Liquors (Prohibition of Advertisements) Act, 1978
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.236, Revenue (Excise II) Department, dated 15.12.2015.] Intoxicating Liquors (Prohibition of Advertisements) Act, 1978.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.236, Revenue (Excise II) Department, dated 15.12.2015.].(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
