Section 30(1) in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 2015
(1)The Institute shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and shall cause to be prepared an annual statement of accounts including the Balance Sheet in such form as may be specified by the State Government by general or special order in this behalf.
