30. Annual Accounts and Balance Sheet.
(1)The Institute shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and shall cause to be prepared an annual statement of accounts including the Balance Sheet in such form as may be specified by the State Government by general or special order in this behalf.(2)A copy of the Annual Statement of Accounts and the Balance Sheet shall be submitted to the State Government which shall cause the same to be audited.
