123. Register of employment, etc.
(1)Every employer shall ensure that at a construction site of a building or other construction work where an excavation or tunneling work is being carried on, a register of employment or building workers carrying out such excavation or tunneling work is maintained and produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.(2)Periods of work of such excavation or tunneling work in which such building workers are employed, shall be maintained in a register on day-to-day basis and such register shall be produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
