Section 2(12) in Bihar Taken over Elementary School Teachers' Promotion Rules, 1993
(12)"Trained" means those who have undergone and passed the following examinations-(i)Two years' Teachers Training, or(ii)Dip-in-Ed/B.Ed. Training, or(iii)One year training in service tenure.
