Section 13(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Accountability Commission Regulations, 2005
(2)The appointments to the posts specified in the Schedule-A shall be made :(a)By direct recruitment;(b)By promotion; and(c)By deputation.as prescribed in the Schedule against each post.
