(2)Members of the Executive Council and other authorities of the Institute and members of the Committees constituted under the Act or these Statutes or appointed by the Executive Council and other authorities shall be entitled to travelling allowance, daily allowance, sitting fee for attending the meetings of the authorities and their Committees, and office facilities and subordinate staff services, as laid down by the Executive Council from time to time.
