Section 16(i) in Accommodation in Orissa Bhavan, Orissa Niwas and Utkai Bhavan Rules, 1991
(i)Catering arrangements are available in the Bhavans. Tea and Coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner shall be available on payment at the rates and according to the timings and procedure prescribed by the Home Department from time to time.
