Section 32(2) in Life Insurance Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1960
(2)If the question arises whether any gift is of a trifling value or not, or where an employee is in any doubt whether a gift offered to him is of a trifling value or not a reference shall be made to the Chairman by such employee and the decision of the Chairman thereon shall be final [under these regulations] [Notified in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3 sub-section (i) dated 13.12.1993 (G.S.R.
