Section 17(1) in The Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Rules, 1958
(1)Every dangerous part of a machinery in an establishment shall be security fenced by safeguards of substantial construction which shall be kept in position while the parts of machinery they are fincing are in motion or in use.
