44. Submission of completion report and utilisation certificate.
- (l) The Bhoodan Nivedak or such other officer as may be authorised by the Samiti shall inspect the work executed by the grantee and report to the Administrative Officer within one month from the date stipulated for completion of the work as to whether the grantee has executed the work according to the terms in the bond or not. If the work has been executed according to the terms in the bond, he shall submit the completion report in form XXIII which shall be preserved in the office of the Samiti after noting the fact in the appropriate column of the register of gifts in Form XX.(2)The utilisation certificate in respect of grants sanctioned to the Samiti by the State Government in any year shall be submitted to the Board of Revenue by the 15th September of the following year.
