Section 22(3) in Andhra Pradesh Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014
(3)The draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme prepared by the Administrator shall in addition to the particulars mentioned in the sub-section (2) of section 16, contain the following:(i)List of likely to be displaced families;(ii)List of infrastructure in the affected area;(iii)List of land holdings in the affected area;(iv)List of trades/business in the affected area;(v)List of landless people in the affected area;(vi)List of persons belonging to disadvantageous groups like persons belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, handicapped persons in the affected area;(vii)List of landless agricultural labourers in the affected area;(viii)List of unemployed youth in the affected area.
