Section 76(3)(iv) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957

(iv)If a new well has been constructed and has become available for irrigation during the year, the Patwari shall write the words "Naya Kuan" in the column for changes 16, 24, 32 and 50. All entries in respect of a new well shall be made in red.
