Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal (Conditions of Service and Procedure) Rules, 2016
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal (Conditions of Service and Procedure) Rules, 2016.(2)These rules shall come into force on the 7th day of October 2016.
