(1)Where the management of a Brewery intends to shift the Brewery from the place to another place, it shall notify the same to the Commissioner by an application in Form-B3 after remitting an amount of Rs.2.00 Lakhs (Rupees two lakhs only) in the Government treasury and enclose the challan in original in support of payment along with the application.(2)On receipt of such an application the Commissioner if satisfied, may obtain such undertaking or Bond and such other material or documents to protect the interest of the Government as he may deem fit, may grant such permission after obtaining the orders from Government for the shifting of the Brewery.
