Section 58 in Damodar Valley Corporation Act, 1948
58. Effect of other laws.-
The provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder shalt have effect notwithstanding anything contained in any enactment other than this Act or any instrument having effect by virtue of any enactment other than this Act.
