1. Heard Learned counsel for the parties. 2, The applicants have preferred this O.A. for the following relief: -
" Ta direct the respondents to. cancel, withdraw and/or rescind the purported Memo dated 21.08.2019 issued 'to the applicant Na. 1 pereing memo dated 06.09.2019 issued by the respondent ne, 2 herein and notice dated 03.02.2020 for holding Data Entry Skill Test (DEST) on 09.02.2020 in continuation to the results declored wide memo dated 29.01,2020-of the ADPS®, office of the respondent oo. 3 herein of selection test held on 15.09.2019 to the exclusion of the applicants herein; as contained in Annexures "A-4", "4-8" & "A-9" herein respectively;
ii) to.direct the respondents to hold supplementary test for the applicants herein for appearing in the Limited Conipetitive Examination fram GDS to PA cadre. in view of the fact thet similarly circumstenced employee, namely, Mourmita Gorai, was alowed to-sit for in the said examination in terms of the order of this Han'ble Tribunal passed in GA No, 350/1248/2019 dated 12.09.2019) as contained in Annexure "A-S" herein;
i} to direct the respondents to deal with and/or dispose of the representation of the aaplicants. dated 03.02.2020 as cantained in Annexure "A-?" herein;
iv) to direct the respondents to produce the entire records of the case before this Nan'ble Tribunal for effective adjudication of the issues involved herela:
