Waseem Khan Zai Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) this Court, vide order dated 14.05.2020, has passed the following order :
"In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application, returnable within a period of six weeks.
Additionally, a copy of the writ petition may be served on Mr. Anil Gaur, AAG, who may complete his instructions in the matter.(Downloaded on 17/09/2020 at 09:12:36 PM)

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are similarly situated person and thus are also entitled for the same interim relief.

The respondents are directed to look into the representations made by the petitioners, in the meantime.
