Section 10(2) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (Opening of Public Carriage for Passengers) Rules, 2011
(2)If, for any unavoidable reason, it is not possible for the officer in-charge of the Bangalore Metro Railway Administration to accompany the commissioner, then, concerned Director, authorised by general or special order issued by the officer in-charge of the Bangalore Metro Railway Administration, shall accompany the Commissioner and shall be present during the entire period of inspection.
