Section 5(i) in The Rajasthan Rules for the Grant of Stipend to Unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders in Engineering, 1973
(i)Reservation of number of stipends for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates shall be in accordance with the orders of Government in respect of reservations of vacancies in Government services in force at the time of selection for such stipend:
