Section 4(1) in The Smugglers And Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Receipt, Management And Disposal Of Forfeited Property) Rules, 2006
(1)The competent authority shall designate as many godowns as may be necessary for the storage of property mentioned in the orders made under section 7 of the Act.
