24. Capital Cost
.-(1) The capital cost for wind energy project shall include Wind turbine generator including its auxiliaries, land cost, site development charges and other civil works, transportation charges, evacuation cost up to inter-connection point, financing charges and IDC.(2)The capital cost for wind energy projects shall be Rs. 515 Lakhs/MW (FY 2009-10 during first year of Control Period) and shall be linked to indexation formula as outlined under regulation 25.
