Section 7(ii) in Orissa State Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1975
(ii)Classification of Staff. - The Board shall fix from time to time the number of posts in all categories, the service conditions, the method of recruitment/ promotions, the criteria for eligibility for recruitment/promotion etc., required for each post. The pay scale of the officers, the Supervisory and ministerial staff and the subordinate staff shall be as laid down in the Appendix hereto.
