Section 7 in Orissa State Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1975
7. Classification of staff.
- (i) The Staff of Corporation shall be grouped as follows :Class - "A" OfficersClass - "B" OfficersClass - "C" Subordinate Staff.(ii)Classification of Staff. - The Board shall fix from time to time the number of posts in all categories, the service conditions, the method of recruitment/ promotions, the criteria for eligibility for recruitment/promotion etc., required for each post. The pay scale of the officers, the Supervisory and ministerial staff and the subordinate staff shall be as laid down in the Appendix hereto.(iii)Temporary staff. - Notwithstanding anything contained in these regulations the Managing Director may employ staff in Class B, and on a temporary basis for a period not exceeding 3 months on the pay scale laid down in the Appendix to these regulations.
