Section 19(2) in Assam Prohibition of Smoking and Non-Smokers' Health Protection Act, 1999
(2)Notwithstanding such repeals anything done or any action taken under the Acts so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
