Section 32(7) in The Azadpur Agricultural Produce Market Committee Bye-Laws, 1980
(7)On valid grounds the Committee may at any time remove any of the names of the assistants from the names appearing in the licence of a trasder of a commission agent. The person whose name has been so removed shall not be allowed to work on behalf of his employer anywhere in the market area.
