Section 5(1) in Bihar Sugarcane (Distribution and Movement Control) Order, 1966
(1)Every licence-granted under this Order shall be valid for one licensing year and may be renewed for a period of one year at a time. If the licence is renewed, such renewal shall be endorsed on the licence.
