Section 32(2) in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
(2)Candidates who have undergone a course of training at an Engineering College on Technical Institution must produce the diploma certificate of the institution or a certificate from the Principal or Superintendent of the Institution giving the period devoted in completing the course.
