Section 14(4) in The University of Ladakh Act, 2018
(4)The Financial Advisor shall,-(a)present annual estimates and the statement of accounts to the Syndicate and the University Council ; and(b)exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Regulations.
