(1)The Administrative Secretary to Government, Finance Department, or any other officer nominated by the Government shall be the ex-officio Financial Advisor of the Cluster University.(2)The Financial Advisor shall exercise general supervision over the funds of each Cluster University and shall advise it as regards its financial policy.(3)The Financial Advisor shall be an ex-officio member of the University Council and the Syndicate of the Cluster University.(4)The Financial Advisor shall,-(a)present annual estimates and the statement of accounts to the Syndicate and the University Council ; and(b)exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes and Regulations.
