Section 9(iii) in The Orissa Rules for the Preparation and Publication of State Text-Books for Primary Schools, 1963
(iii)The advertisement shall contain a notice to the writers to the effect that on their written application to the Secretary, accompanied by a Treasury Challan for Rs. 10 (Rupees ten) only deposited in a Treasury or Sub-Treasury under the head "Provincial (Orissa)-XXII-Education-E-General-Miscellaneous", the syllabus, the synopses, the prescribed forms, the rules and other connected papers will be sent or given to them by the Secretary.
