Section 9(a) in Andhra Pradesh Language Pundits Training Colleges (Regulation of Admission) Rules, 2005
(a)If qualified candidates belonging to NCC/Scouts & guides/sports/Ex-Servicemen categories are not available, the left over seats shall be filled up with the candidates of general pool of the same local area, (b) If qualified candidates belonging to "PH" category are not available the left over seats shall be diverted to their respective categories (OC/BC/ SC/ST) of the same local area.
