2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires:(a)"Act" means the Sikkim Nationalised Transport (Prevention of Ticket less Travel and Miscellaneous Previsions) Act, 1981(b)"section and sub-section" means the section and the sub. section of the Act(c)the expressions used in these rules and not defined shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
