10. Constitution and reconstitution of Kshettra Panchayat.
(1)The State Government shall arrange for the constitution of the first Kshettra Panchayat for every Khand and for the reconstitution thereof [before the expiry of its term or when otherwise required for the purposes of this Act] [Substituted by Section 22(a) of U.P.
