Section 29(1) in Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964
(1)The Council shall have power to call upon the governing body or authority of any recognised institution referred to in clause (5) of Section 24-(a)to furnish reports, returns or other information as the Council may require to enable it to judge of the efficiency of the institution or training given therein; and(b)to provide facilities to enable any member of the Council (deputed by the Council in this behalf) to be present at the examinations to be held by any such institution.
