Section 1 in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020.(2)It shall apply to the entire State of Punjab.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint:Provided that different dates may be appointed for different categories and capacities of clinical establishments and for different recognised systems of medicine.
