Section 1(3) in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint:Provided that different dates may be appointed for different categories and capacities of clinical establishments and for different recognised systems of medicine.
