Section 1(4) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(4)It shall apply in the first instance to the Colleges, the Polytechnics, Research Stations and Schemes, Institutions, Labs and Units shown in the Schedule.Provided that the Government may, by Notification, apply the provisions of this Act to any other College, Polytechnic or Institution with effect on and from such date as they may specify in this behalf.
