16. Renewable Energy Certificate Mechanism.
- 16.1 The applicability of the REC shall be regulated in accordance with the J&KSERC (Renewable Power Purchase obligation, its compliance and REC framework implementation) Regulations, 2011 and amendments thereof.16.2The REC benefits, if applicable to the Mini-Grid Project as per the J&KSERC (Renewable Power Purchase obligation, its compliance and REC framework implementation) Regulations, 2011 and amendments thereof, inter-connected with Distribution Licensee's System, shall be passed on to the concerned Distribution Licensee.Unit-VII Contractual Framework
