9. Conditions for Eligibility.
- A candidate shall not be qualified for admission to any of the stages of the examination unless he /she possesses all the educational or other qualifications, experience and requirements as prescribed in the relevant recruitment rules and the general relevant rules or instructions issued by the Government from time to time.
