In these rules unless the context otherwise requires-(a)"Act" means the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (VIII of 1948);(b)"Council" means the Orissa Pharmacy Council;(c)"Committee" means the Special Examination Committee constituted under Rule 2 of these rules;(d)"Form" means a Form appended to these rules;(e)"President" means the President of the Committee;(f)"Secretary" means the Secretary of the Committee;(g)"section" means section of the Act.
