(1)A separate list of the documents admitted in evidence on behalf of each party should be prepared in the following form :-List of Documents Admitted in Evidence for the Plaintiff (or Defendant)

(2)Documents should be entered in the list in the order in which they are admitted and marked. They should be separated from unexhibited documents and arranged in the order in which they are admitted and marked. If any document has been admitted subject to objection a note to that effect should be made in the remarks column. Similarly, if a document is tom, worm-eaten or otherwise damaged the fact should be noted in that column.
