Section 55(1) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(1)At the time of any election in which polling is to be held the contesting candidate or his Election Agent may appoint maximum two agents for each polling station to act as the Polling Agent of such candidate and this appointment will be made in Form -16 in duplicate.
