Section 13(13)(13) in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Distribution Open Access) Regulations, 2014

13.2.1In case where the applicant is connected to the distribution system and the application for grant of Long-term Open Access, Medium-term Open Access and short-term Open Access is for availing power from another State, the Distribution Licensee shall convey its consent or refusal to grant consent, either to the STU and/or the SLDC, under the provisions of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grant of Connectivity, Long-term Open Access and Medium-term Open Access in inter-State Transmission and related matters) Regulations, 2009 and Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Open Access in inter-State Transmission) Regulations, 2008, respectively as amended from time to time.
